That's why we offer a dedicated ExpensePlus Migration Support service, to help make your transition as smooth, efficient and stress-free as possible.

If your charity has already moved on to ExpensePlus but you'd like your setup reviewed in depth by us, we can apply a modified migration service to review your initial setup.

Our day rates for the package below are based on income size, to make things as accessible as possible for charities of all shapes and sizes.

Our Migration Service includes:

  • A review of your current accounting structures and practices
  • The design of a new fund accounting architecture for use inside ExpensePlus
  • The setup of ExpensePlus, including User Accounts, Opening Balances, Bank Accounts, Funds, Budget Categories, and Invoice Templates
  • We'll oversee 'going live' on ExpensePlus, and will monitor and adjust the setup as necessary
  • The provision of basic ExpensePlus training for internal stakeholders (Basic Users, Finance Assistants, Budget Holders & Trustees) in the form of high quality, on-demand video training
  • A comprehensive handover with your bookkeeper during a 2-hour training package via video call
  • 1 month of priority email support for your team if they have any further questions

Once you're up and running on ExpensePlus, you can also add our BookkeepingPlus Service (optional) to outsource your ongoing bookkeeping and free up your team.

If you are interested in moving to ExpensePlus, we will start with a free, no-obligation consultation via video call. This will enable us to learn more about you, your organisation, and your current accounting setup in greater depth.

Each organisation's migration to ExpensePlus is unique, so the fees we charge vary from the basic package price of £880*, depending on your organisation's income. In addition, if your accounts require significantly more work than usual before they can be transferred to ExpensePlus, the package price could increase. However, if we think your accounts are simple to migrate or you are a very small organisation (income less than £50K), we may be able to offer a rate lower than the base price ranges listed below.
